For as long as I can remember, serving others has been a part of who I am. But it was through the children and adolescents I encountered in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, in classrooms, and in my own community that I began to understand what that calling would become.
Cherish grew from a simple belief: every child deserves more than being told what they can become. They deserve access, support, opportunity, and experiences that help them see what is possible.
What began as moments of connection with young people became a deeper understanding of the work I was meant to do. Cherish is the result of that journey and my commitment to keep becoming the woman and leader I once needed, while creating more room for those coming after me.
